I’m Rebecca, founder of Little Blackbird VA, and the calm behind the scenes for business owners who are juggling way too much.

This business started life as Rebecca Cook Virtual Assistant, a solo venture born out of 17 years in the fast-paced print and packaging industry, and a fire to reignite my career after stepping back to raise my family.

I saw a clear need: talented, purpose-driven solopreneurs were burning out trying to do everything - client work, admin, marketing, operations - all while trying to have a life. So I stepped in, offering grounded, intuitive support that brings clarity and order to the chaos.

Now, with a growing client base, the business has evolved - and so has the brand.

Little Blackbird VA is more than just a new name. It’s personal. Inspired by my son, Lennon, whose name means blackbird, and by the idea of creating lightness, freedom, and space for others to thrive.

I help my clients get back to what they’re brilliant at, while I quietly keep things moving in the background. From client care and inbox management to social media content, systems, and launch support.
